The Sport took the retro Thunderbird and gave it Speed Triple-derived performance parts: 17-inch wheels with radial tyres, twin front discs, fully adjustable suspension and around 82 hp. Finished in satin black and offered in yellow or red with black, it handled like a sports roadster while keeping the upright, comfortable riding position.
